Workshop Registration
To register, please submit the following form.
Because places are limited, prospective participants should return their registration form as soon as possible, but no later than *24th March 2000*. Invitations to the workshop will be sent out to successful applicants by 6th April 2000 with a request that they then send their registration fee.
Please note: Unfortunately we can only use this mailto form method for online registration. This method might cause uncertainty about whether you have actually sent off the form data after clicking on the submit button. Do not worry, because those who have submitted this online registration form will receive an email (usually within two days) to confirm that their form data have arrived. Please contact us again if you do not receive such an email from us.
